What the wall revealed

Concealed damage documented before rebuilding.

What began as an exterior water-damage investigation required controlled removal of siding, trim, and weather-barrier material around several window openings. Once opened, the assembly showed extensive deterioration in sections of the sheathing and wood at the window perimeters.

The affected sections were exposed so compromised materials could be evaluated and removed. The photographs document the mitigation and demolition stages while the wall cavities were being prepared for repair and rebuild. The exact property address remains private.
